Customer Service Representative - Aiming at becoming an Instructor

Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide ‘over the phone’ support and enquiry handling services to our customers. Using our booking system, you will be responsible for taking bookings, making flight amendments, up-selling flight experiences and generally being the main point of contact for our customers. As part of this role, you will also be involved with making proactive outbound service calls. Applicants should be used to working towards sales targets and be confident using booking/customer relationship management systems. They will have great telephony etiquette and be driven and motivated towards making sales.
 
Personality, skills and experience:
Candidates will have retail or leisure experience and have fantastic customer service skills. Experience within a call centre/sales team environment is beneficial. They will be outgoing, friendly and have the ability to work in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and in control at all times.
